Responsibilities:
The Machining Maintenance Engineer will:- Participate in preventive and predictive maintenance tasks for equipment
- Provide expert support in machining area equipment troubleshooting (corrective maintenance)
- Generate procedures to solve serious or repetitive equipment problems
- Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed
- Participated in the continuous improvement process in the CNC maintenance areas
- Manage Critical Spare Parts
Qualifications:
- Electromechanics/Mechatronic Engineer
- SAP, MS Project, MS Office
- 10 years working with CNC equipment (machining centers, washers, automated assembly lines)
- strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, & mechanic systems, and/or electronic & electric systems
- Knowledge of Installed Equipment
- Strong grasp of technical aspects in question of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical system
- Risk Management
