Responsibilities:

The Machining Maintenance Engineer will:
  • Participate in preventive and predictive maintenance tasks for equipment
  • Provide expert support in machining area equipment troubleshooting (corrective maintenance)
  • Generate procedures to solve serious or repetitive equipment problems
  • Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed
  • Participated in the continuous improvement process in the CNC maintenance areas
  • Manage Critical Spare Parts

Qualifications:

  • Electromechanics/Mechatronic Engineer
  • SAP, MS Project, MS Office
  • 10 years working with CNC equipment (machining centers, washers, automated assembly lines)
  • strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, & mechanic systems, and/or electronic & electric systems
  • Knowledge of Installed Equipment
  • Strong grasp of technical aspects in question of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical system
  • Risk Management
