Responsibilities:

  • The Predictive Maintenance Technical Project Manager reports to the MSS-WC Reliability Manager and is responsible for administration of the Predictive Maintenance Program
  • Program includes providing PdM technologies to customers throughout the laboratory, providing guidance to FOD teams that wish to establish a PdM program
  • provide PdM training to technicians, engineers, and managers
  • program includes troubleshooting assistance using PdM technologies

Qualifications:

  • familiarization with vibration analysis and the ability. to obtain Vibration Analysis Certification within 1 year
  • Understanding of thermography including low voltage electrical testing, flat roof surveys for moisture problems, underground steam/condensate leaks, and steam trap function check
  • ability to obtain Level I Vibration Analysis Certification within one year of hire date
  • experience with Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA)
  • ability to establish and implement a PdM technologies program and provide training to customers (technicians, engineers, and managers)
  • in-depth knowledge/experience with facility and/or mechanical that includes fully understanding and interpreting various mechanical documents, blueprints, drawings, and schematics
  • skilled in conducting research, investigating alternative solutions, and recommending solutions on complex problems affecting facility maintenance
  • ability to conceptualize and fully communicate major elements of predictive and preventive maintenance to both technical and non-technical personnel
  • in-depth knowledge of a large facility complex maintenance policies, practices, and procedures
  • requires a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and 5 years related experiences
  • familiar with FLIR IR cameras
  • Certified Reliability Leader (CRL), Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE), or Certified Plant Maintenance Manager (CPMM)
  • Q Clearance
