Responsibilities:
- The Predictive Maintenance Technical Project Manager reports to the MSS-WC Reliability Manager and is responsible for administration of the Predictive Maintenance Program
- Program includes providing PdM technologies to customers throughout the laboratory, providing guidance to FOD teams that wish to establish a PdM program
- provide PdM training to technicians, engineers, and managers
- program includes troubleshooting assistance using PdM technologies
Qualifications:
- familiarization with vibration analysis and the ability. to obtain Vibration Analysis Certification within 1 year
- Understanding of thermography including low voltage electrical testing, flat roof surveys for moisture problems, underground steam/condensate leaks, and steam trap function check
- ability to obtain Level I Vibration Analysis Certification within one year of hire date
- experience with Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA)
- ability to establish and implement a PdM technologies program and provide training to customers (technicians, engineers, and managers)
- in-depth knowledge/experience with facility and/or mechanical that includes fully understanding and interpreting various mechanical documents, blueprints, drawings, and schematics
- skilled in conducting research, investigating alternative solutions, and recommending solutions on complex problems affecting facility maintenance
- ability to conceptualize and fully communicate major elements of predictive and preventive maintenance to both technical and non-technical personnel
- in-depth knowledge of a large facility complex maintenance policies, practices, and procedures
- requires a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and 5 years related experiences
- familiar with FLIR IR cameras
- Certified Reliability Leader (CRL), Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE), or Certified Plant Maintenance Manager (CPMM)
