Responsibilities:
The Maintenance, Reliability, and Utilities Manager will be responsible for ensuring reliable delivery of plant shared services, inclusive maintenance, automation and controls, and plant utilities. They will implement reliability initiatives and Ingredion's Performance Systems throughout the plant to drive cost improvement and increase OEE through reliability pillars. This role will lead reliability, asset utilization, and utilities performance by developing the business strategy, standard facility reliability metrics, and best in class systems that will improve maintenance effectiveness and asset performance.Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Electronics, Electromechanical, or Automation Engineering
- Knowledge of Corn Wet Milling
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Strong Communication Skills
- Promotes collaboration among the team
