Responsibilities:
The Maintenance Planner/Scheduler is responsible for managing the parts inventory, equipment tracking, and spare parts recording. They will develop the vendor managed inventory system to automate the scanning and requisitioning process. They will work proactively with vendors to ensure competitive costs of vendor managed inventory and lead the PM scheduling effort. As well as build a database of critical and recommended OEM PMs for entire plant operation and all equipment while supporting the facility safety program. They will also:- support maintenance planning and problem identification
- ensure projects are supervised in conjunction with the maintenance team lead and ensure issues are identified via the maintenance work order system
- lead the organization to ensure effective execution of maintenance work control processes to ensure at least 95% plant uptime through support of preventative/reactive maintenance, project management, systems control and general engineering
- lead PM scheduling effort and build database of critical and recommended OEM PMs for entire plant operations and equipment
- work with managers to identify skill development needs
Qualifications:

- strong analytical and technical skills
- strong planning and organizational skills
- strong leadership skills
- apprenticeship program, technical school, or Associate Degree
- 5-10 years of relevant experience
