Responsibilities:
The Maintenance Lead is responsible for:- providing leadership for optimal functioning and reliability of plant assets and processes
- leading department operations towards the vision of a high performance team culture and drive change management initiatives to continually improve plant and process operations
- working closely with Line Lead, Process Lead, Skilled Trades, & Operators
- actively participating in Area Daily Direction Setting (DDS) meetings and execution of daily plan
- owns the maintenance, planning and scheduling system
- leading the scheduling of maintenance work
- updating Maintenance Technical Documentation
- providing leadership and oversight for development of Maintenance Strategies for Brewing equipment
- driving improvements in equipment reliability, availability, and maintainability that optimizes asset life cycle
- facilitates problem solving and failure investigations
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of achievement in a high speed, high volume manufacturing environment
- demonstrates evidence of driving world class supply initiatives or world class manufacturing initiatives to deliver on challenging objectives
- motivated leader that can inspire others
- B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Plant, or other Engineering Degree
- Experienced in asset care/maintenance and have previous work history in maintenance planning and scheduling
- Leadership experience with small to medium sized teams
